INVESTIGATIONS CARRIED OUT IN THE AREA OF LEARNING CONDITIONS
OF THE PEOPLE WHICH HAVE LOST THEIR HEALTH
AND CLASSIFICATION OF THE INVALIDITY

In the article have been shown analysis the problem of the people and invalidity which have lost their health which was intend to philosophical investigators of the ancient time as the main moral problems of the society. It has been reflected in the article different investigations carrying out by Azerbaijani sociologist, pedagogues and psychologist in 80th XX century on the base of achievement of empirical sociologist and psychologist of countries of Western Europe and the East which are got in XIX-XX century. While the investigations carried out in this area wasn’t marked as social work, scientists of Azerbaijan noted that such problems were more dear to areas of much more clinical psychology, legal psychology and other areas of science. In investigations carried out in this area Russian scientists put forward thoughts of the valuable ideas too. So, in the article are carved the offer no to overcome backwardness the defects of the people and invalidity which have lost their health, but to repulse and to cost the difficulties which are created these defects.
