Family is an educational institution that has a special place in the life of every person and forms a social unit. Family that claims a special attention within normal society being a key unit of society reflects mutual relations in the family. From this point of view, it would not be true to consider gender problem outside family problems. Not knowing concept of gender, it is impossible to analyze interfamily relations from gender point of view and build reasonable relations. In the process of inculcating gender equality in children growing up in modern Azerbaijan family relations between parents, participation in family economy, family leadership, financial condition of women and men should be considered.
